Man, 82, missing from West Hollywood

(FOX 11/CNS) - A forgetful 82-year-old insulin-dependent diabetic who also suffers from low blood pressure is missing, authorities said.

Moysey Zelmanovich Kelshchik was last seen at his home in the 1200 block of Fairfax Avenue in West Hollywood about noon Tuesday, according to Deputy Trina Schrader of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department.

Kelshchik is white, 5 feet 9, 167 pounds, with short gray hair and brown eyes, she said.

He was last seen wearing a dark shirt and black Adidas pants with three stripes on each side.

Kelshchik primarily speaks Russian, said Schrader.
