Maintenance worker killed after falling from truck in North Hollywood
NORTH HOLLYWOOD, Calif. (FOX 11) - Police investigated a fatal industrial accident in North Hollywood Friday afternoon.
The deadly incident occurred in the area of Tujunga Avenue and Oxnard Street shortly after 3:30 p.m.
Los Angeles police say a maintenance worker fell off his truck and suffered fatal injuries from the fall. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The identity of the victim was not immediately released. A CalOSHA team was called to investigate the incident as well.
Tujunga Avenue will be closed off for an undetermined amount of time between Oxnard Street and Califa Street for the investigation.
