Linkin Park to perform tribute concert for Chester Bennington

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. (FOX 11) - Linkin Park will perform a one-night concert at the Hollywood Bowl to honor the band's late frontman, Chester Bennington.

The band announced that the concert will be held on October 27th at 7PM and ticket sales open to the public on Friday, September 22 at 10am PST.

A statement on the band's website says in part: "The band will be joined by a number of other artists, for an unforgettable night of music to honor the man that touched the lives of so many around the world."

The concert will mark the first time the band has performed since Bennington's death on July 20.
