LAPD investigating shooting that wounded 1 person in El Sereno

LOS ANGELES (FOX 11) - Los Angeles police investigated a shooting that left one person injured in the El Sereno community Friday night.

The shooting occurred in the 5100 block of Borland Road shortly after 8 p.m.

The victim, described as a man in his 30s, was found conscious and breathing and was taken to a local hospital.

LAPD did not immediately release a description of the gunman who remains on the loose.
