Justin Bieber surprises sick kids at CHOC Children's Hospital in Orange County

(FOX 11) - Pop star Justin Bieber took time out of his day on Monday to visit with some kids staying at CHOC Children's Hospital in Orange County.

And they couldn't contain their excitement with tears of joy when Bieber took pictures with them and gave out high-fives!
