Investigation continues after burglars reportedly target Beverly Hills home

BEVERLY HILLS (FOX 11 / CNS) - Burglars who targeted a Beverly Hills home on Monday were believed to be inside the residence as police sought their capture.

The burglary was reported just after 8 p.m. in the 500 block of North Walden Drive, near Santa Monica and Wilshire boulevards, according to Beverly Hills police.

The suspects, but no residents, were believed to be in home, which was surrounded by officers, police said.

The public was advised to avoid the area and residents were urged to call authorities if they spotted anyone suspicious.

The investigation was continuing as of about 9:30 p.m.
