Driver carpooling with teddy bear in Ventura ticketed

VENTURA, Calif. - Please don't do this.
A California Highway Patrol officer in Ventura pulled someone over for speeding in the carpool lane and was shocked to find a teddy bear in the passenger seat.
The driver was cited.
"Please drive safely and follow the rules of the road," CHP Ventura said.
