Changes coming to your next trip to the doctor's office

Your next trip to the doctor's office might look a little different. The changes are in order to keep patients and customers safe in light of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The first change patients will see if they will no longer be allowed to wait in the waiting room. Everything requires an appointment. You will wait in your vehicle until you receive a text from reception when your appointment is ready to begin.

They also installed an electronic "no-touch" front door so that patients can walk right into the building.

The medical office also installed an air filtration system as an extra layer of disinfection protection.

Medical practitioners will also be wearing masks and face-shields when they treat a patient.
