Burglary crew hits Apple store in Costa Mesa
COSTA MESA, Calif. (FOX 11/ CNS) - Costa Mesa police are searching for five people suspected of burglarizing an Apple store at South Coast Plaza.
Police say the suspects got away with $29,000 worth of merchandise- iPhones and iPads that were taken from displays at the store.
Police were called to the mall about 9 p.m. Monday.
Witnesses say the suspects got away in a silver Infinity sedan and they were not armed.
Police say the suspects are described as black men in their 20s.
