Arrest warrant recalled for 'Real Housewives of Orange County' star
NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (FOX 11) - A "Real Housewives of Orange County" cast member who had a warrant issued for her arrest had her legal troubles straightened out in court on Friday.
Gina Kirschenheiter, 34, was charged with driving under the influence after she was pulled over near her home in Coto de Caza on Jan. 30. Her blood alcohol level was .20 -- above the legal limit of .08.
Being a misdemeanor case, Kirschenheiter was not required to appear in court on Thursday, but the trouble began when her attorney failed to show up in court on her behalf. An Orange County Superior Court Judge then issued an arrest warrant for the 34-year-old reality star.
Kirschenheiter hired a new attorney Thursday night and that lawyer went before the judge Friday morning to get the arrest warrant recalled and two pending traffic tickets dismissed.
Kirschenheiter is scheduled to be arraigned on April 16, 2019.
