LAKE ELSINORE, Calif. - Several people were injured following a collision in Lake Elsinore.
According to Cal Fire Riverside around 7:30 a.m. a school bus and a van collided into each other in the 400 block of Morro Wy. According to a sergeant with the California Highway Patrol Temecula area the van failed to make a complete stop at the stop sign.
One person inside the van was trapped and had to be extricated. CHP says the driver of the van and a 5-year-old girl, sitting next to the driver, were both unrestrained and sustained critical injuries.
