605 Freeway reopens near Baldwin Park after multi-vehicle crash

BALDWIN PARK, Calif. (FOX 11) - The 605 Freeway reopened to traffic Wednesday morning after a multi-vehicle crash shut down a portion of the freeway near Baldwin Park, authorities said.

The accident was reported around 5:15 a.m. just south of 10 Freeway. Multiple people were injured in the crash, authorities said.

At one point, both sides of the 605 Freeway were closed causing significant delays for the morning commute.

The northbound lanes reopened around 7 a.m., followed by the southbound side around 7:30 a.m.
