SAN DIMAS (FOX 11 / CNS) - A 14-year-old girl suffered moderate injuries and three other people suffered mild injuries Saturday when a Mercedes crashed into a Party City store in San Dimas, a sheriff's lieutenant said.
The accident happened at 12:05 p.m. at the Party City at 852 W. Arrow Highway, said Lt. T. Edwards of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department's San Dimas Station.
The 14-year-old girl was airlifted to County-USC Medical Center for treatment of moderate injuries, Edwards said. Three other people were treated at the scene for minor injuries.
The cause of the crash was under investigation, she said.
The Mercedes was driven by a 35-year-old woman.
The San Dimas Building and Safety Department was contacted to evaluate the damage, Edwards said. The store was open for business when contacted by City News Service, according to a district manager.
