31st Annual We Give Thanks Meal at Honda Center

A crowd of 15,000 people is expected to share a Thanksgiving meal, courtesy of the 31st annual "We Give Thanks" Meal at the Honda Center in Anaheim. The program was started more than 30 years ago by Frank Garcia from La Casa Garcia.

Frank Garcia told FOX 11 News, "There are a lot of people who don't have food to eat today." "If everybody gave a plate to their next door neighbor, there wouldn't be no hunger in the world. That's why we're doing it. Thank God for everything."

Since its inception, this program has served a complimentary meal to over 250,000 people in need. Last year, they fed 13,000 people.

The meal starts at 11:00am and will go until 3:00pm on Thanksgiving Day. For more information, visit http://www.wegivethanksinc.org
