2 people critically injured after car crashes into home near La Puente

LA PUENTE, Calif. (FOX 11) - Four people were hurt late Saturday night after a vehicle crashed into a home near La Puente.

The crash was reported just before 11:30 p.m. in the area of Vineland Avenue and Amar Road. Two people suffered critical injuries and two others suffered non-life threatening injuries, according to authorities.

The family inside the home was not injured, authorities said. It's unclear if a second vehicle was involved in the crash.

The California Highway Patrol is investigating the collision.
