2 injured in stabbing at Verdugo Hills High School

Two kids were hospitalized Monday after a stabbing near or at a high school in Tujunga, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.

Officers responded to the 10600 block of Plainview Avenue just before 2 p.m. to investigate reports of a stabbing. At the scene, officers located the two stabbing victims and they were taken to the hospital. One is in serious condition and the other recovering from non-life threatening injuries.

Detectives said it's unclear what led to the attack and the motive remains under investigation.

Authorities are looking for four boys who were last seen traveling in a white four-door vehicle southbound on Irma Avenue.

FOX 11 reached out to the Los Angeles School Police Department, which is handling the investigation, for comment.
