1 person killed in two-car crash in Mission Hills

LOS ANGELES - Police are investigating a deadly crash that occurred Tuesday night in Mission Hills in the San Fernando Valley.
One person was killed and another taken to the hospital in an unknown condition following a two-vehicle collision in the area of Woodman Avenue and Devonshire Street, according to LAPD.
The identity of the deceased was not immediately released but police say a male victim was killed on scene. The crash happened shortly before 10 p.m.
The public is asked to avoid the area.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
