$1.4 million worth of stolen Marvel Comics collectibles recovered

Police say they recovered more than $1 million of stolen Marvel collectibles, some of which were props in Marvel movies, in a storage unit in Southern California.

Deputies with the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department say the victim became aware that his storage unit was burglarized when he found out that several of his Marvel collectibles were listed for sale online.

Police identified Ian Florez as a suspect after he gave his information to interested buyers for additional sales.

Authorities later determined there was a second suspect- Matthew Rinke. Detectives found a storage unit in Colton that Rinke had rented and inside was $1.4 million of the victim's stolen property.

Both Rinke and Florez were arrested and each is being held on $25,000 bail.
