OC Supervisors approve permit that allows more businesses to move into parking lots

More local businesses in Orange County will now be able to reopen outdoors.   The Board of Supervisors unanimously approved a temporary permit Tuesday that allows businesses in unincorporated areas of the county to move their companies into their parking lots.
