Family fights for 'Sammy's Law'
Sam Chapman and Dr. Laura Berman have been fighting for "Sammy's Law" since the death of their son from a fentanyl overdose. They say a drug dealer reached out to their son on social media, and gave him drugs laced with fentanyl. Sammy's Law is set to be presented to Congress this week.
