Report reveals boxers are owed pension
In 1982 California lawmakers created the California Boxers Pension Plan, becoming the first and only state to create a safety net for aging fighters injured. Only problem is many boxers were never told about their pensions and it simply went unclaimed for decades. LA Times reporter Melody Gutierrez has been reporting on the issue for months.
