Several alligators and venomous snakes were seized Thursday at a home in Thousand Oaks and at a nearby rural property, authorities said.

Animal control officers were looking for snakes in the Thousand Oaks area when they armed themselves with two search warrants. They found eight alligators as well. FOX 11's Susan Hirasuna reports.
