VIDEO: Ruthless Bullying

YUCAIPA, CA (FOX 11) - Another family has joined a lawsuit claiming a school district neglected their concerns about bullying until the reported incidents escalated--one of them deadly, the other violent.

A video circulating the Yucaipa community shows two Park View Middle School students fighting in the school yard after school. One student, who wished not to be identified, said he pushed another student, Adrian Duran because he was fed up with being tormented at school.

"What'd you say huh?" you can hear the student say to Duran.

"You started it." Duran replied before the student pushed him.

FOX 11's Leah Uko spoke with both students and another family who all say Yucaipa-Calimesa Joint Unified School District neglects to address issues with bullies.
