VIDEO: Family flees home to escape violent criminal

(Right This Minute) - A family's feeling of comfort and safety in their home was shattered in an instant when violent robbers barged onto their property.

The criminals grabbed the mother of the family and threatened to stab her children if she didn't do what they said.

After following orders and giving them some money, the family made a break for it, fleeing the home.

They were chased, but got away.

Unfortunately, the criminals also got away, and police have released the footage in hopes that the public can help in apprehending the perpetrators.
