Tillman, world record-holding skateboarding bulldog, dies

The Guinness World Record holder and famous bulldog Tillman has died.

Tillman, who first stole our hearts in 2007 as a skateboarding canine, passed away at age 10 from heart problems at his home in Southern California, according to the Ventura County Star.

His owner Ron Davis first posted a video of the coordinated pup in 2007 showing off his moves, which catapulted him to dog stardom.

He broke the record for "fastest 100m on a skateboard by a dog" in 2009, and he was even featured in an iPhone commercial.

The sad news was posted on Facebook, saying in part the world lost "a true legend."

I'm sorry to announce the world lost a true legend... My best bud Tillman passed away last night, of natural causes. We...

Rest in peace, Tilly!
