San Antonio woman wins $7.5 million from scratch-off

A lucky San Antonio woman took home the big scratch ticket price-- a ticket worth $7.4 million to be exact.

Deborah Kempel, a San Antonio resident, bought a Diamond Dollars ticket for $50 at a Triple S Express store.

The retailer is eligible for a $10,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.
