Not everything belongs on the Internet. That's a lesson a group of robbers have learned the hard way in Pharr, Texas.

A man with thousands of dollars of video game equipment stolen from his vehicle called police, who found his stolen property for sale on social media.

The police were able to use these posts to arrest the robbers, and retrieve most of the stolen goods.

The victim lost approximately $6,000 worth of equipment and he has set up a crowdfunding page here to get help recouping his losses.
