Riverside County reaches 'functional zero' veteran homelessness

RIVERSIDE, Calif. (FOX 11) - Riverside County says its reached 'functional zero' veteran homelessness. That means homelessness is brief, rare and non-recurring and no veteran is forced to live on the street.

We spoke with some of the people working to help the homeless people in Riverside County, as well as a man who was helped by the resources available in the county.
