Man holds wife hostage at Hollywood home following domestic dispute, police say

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. (FOX 11) - A man is holding his wife hostage at their home in the 800 block of Ridgewood in Hollywood following a domestic dispute, police say.

The Los Angeles Police Department says a woman called at about 8 p.m. Monday to report that her husband had hit her, but as she was walking out to police, her husband grabbed her by the neck and pulled her back into the house.

She is now being held by him against her will turning this incident into a hostage situation, according to police.
