LOS ANGELES (CNS) - A man was shot to death Monday in the Harvard Heights area of Los Angeles, authorities said.
The shooting was reported at 12:18 a.m. at 1257 South Manhattan Place, said Sgt. Ted Aguirre of the Los Angeles Police Department's Olympic Station.
The victim was found in front of an apartment building suffering from gunshot wounds and pronounced dead at the scene, according to Sgt. V. DiMauro of the Olympic Station.
No suspect information was available, he said.
Detectives were talking to witnesses in the area and will check to see if surveillance video will provide information, DiMauro said.
