Man, 23, reported missing from Canyon Country

Authorities Saturday sought the public's help in finding a 23-year-old man who went missing Wednesday from his home in Canyon Country. Phillip Michael Griffin was last seen leaving his residence. He had recently visited a Buddhist temple in North Hollywood. Griffin was described as a 5-foot, 11-inch white male with brown shaved hair, hazel eyes and clean shaven. He has a heart tattoo on the left side of his rib cage, said Shirley Miller of the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Santa Clarita Valley station. Anyone with information regarding Griffin's whereabouts was asked to call the sheriff's Missing Person's Detail at (323) 890-5500.
