Los Angeles fans hold vigil for late rapper Juice Wrld at sneaker exhibition he invested in

LOS ANGELES - Fans gathered inside a sneaker exhibition in the Westchester neighborhood of Los Angeles to commemorate the late rapper and Sneakertopia investor Juice Wrld who died Sunday.
Juice Wrld, born Jarad Anthony Higgins, reportedly went into cardiac arrest after he suffered a seizure a short time after landing at Chicago’s Midway Airport from Los Angeles, TMZ reported.

The emo rapper and singer quickly rose to fame after the release of his hit “Lucid Dreams,” which was one of the most streamed songs of 2018.
"There were a lot of dark things he touched on that a lot of rappers don't," fan Kevin Lay told FOX 11. Lay said the rapper's lyrics made him relatable.
Juice Wrld just celebrated his 21st birthday on Dec. 2 and shared a picture with his nearly ten million Instagram followers. In the caption, he indicated he was celebrating his birthday all week.
By Sunday night, his last Instagram post had 4.5 million likes and 500,000 comments from stunned fans.
He was an investor at the limited engagement sneaker exhibition that displays “dozens of the rarest kicks with dozens of towering street art masterpieces,” according to Sneakertopia's website. The museum is located at HHLA, formerly known as The Promenade at Howard Hughes Center.
