LA fires: List of firefighters who have lost homes
Fires tearing through the Los Angeles area have killed at least 24 people, and at least 23 people are missing and that figure is expected to rise.
The blazes started last Tuesday and have been powered by gusts from the Santa Ana winds. Forecasters expect winds to kick back up this week.
Investigators haven't determined what sparked the fires. Estimates suggest they could be the nation's costliest ever.
Meanwhile, the fires have displaced thousands of people and destroyed more than 12,000 structures.

Those affected include several firefighters and first responders.
