Job Finder: Domino's Pizza is hiring across SoCal
LOS ANGELES - Domino’s Pizza is hiring 2,500 new team members across Southern California and FOX 11 has all the information you need to apply.
Whether you are in Los Angeles or Ventura County, or in the Inland Empire, there is sure to be a Domino’s near you. Currently, 290 stores are hiring.
Paul Mahoney is a Domino’s Pizza Franchise owner who owns two stores in Thousand Oaks and another in Sherman Oaks. "We're always looking for excited team members with no job experience or with experience," he said.
Domino's is currently hiring delivery drivers, crew members and managerial positions – full-time, part-time, and flexible hours. All of the positions are listed at Dominos.com.
Mahoney said you must like driving to be a delivery expert. Drivers have limited contact as they they roll in, pick up an order and head out to the next delivery.
And the pay?
According to Mahoney, “Entry-level positions are generally minimum wage... obviously drivers make a ton of tips kind of tips, and our insiders make some tips to as well.”
He adds pay rates do differ in different counties.
“LA County is a higher rate then Ventura County... my three stores offer a simple IRA match benefit.”
There are some new safety measures future employees will notice too, including a lot more sanitizing and contactless delivery and payment to protect everyone during the pandemic.
Mahoney says to expect little interaction but a whole lot of support once you join their team.
