Job Finder: Chipotle looking to hire 10,000 employees nationwide by end of 2020

Chipotle is rolling out a new hiring campaign and looking to add 2,000 new employees by the end of the year.

The company has over 400 store locations in California and there's plenty of opportunities. Marissa Andrada, the companies Chief Diversity and Inclusion officer, said you will find all the current openings at Jobs.Chipotle.com.

They're looking to fill crew rolls, managerial positions and they do provide training so if you're new to the workforce, you're welcome at any of their stores. As far as pay, Andrada says, "it is at or above minimum wage, depending on what level of experience, you come in with. So if there is some restaurant experience, we will consider that within the ranges."

There's plenty of room for growth too, Andrada says at least 80 percent of their managers came from crew. As far as perks, potential employees can expect free food while on shift and the company offers financial assistance to those employees who want to go to college.

"So if you're an employee and you want to pursue your degree with no money out of pocket. With five different
universities and 75 different programs and business and tech, we will provide that."

Andrada also mentioned, while the company is hiring 2,000 new hires in California by the end of the year, across the country they're hoping to add a total of 10,000 new employees.
