Fundraiser to rebuild Gibson Ranch destroyed by Creek Fire

One of the unfortunate victims of the wildfires raging across Southern California was the Gibson Ranch in Shadow Hills.

The property was consumed before fire fighters arrived.

But now the community is stepping in to help rebuild the 19-year-old ranch.

This is what the Gibson Ranch in Sunland looked like after the creek fire consumed it.

The ranch which houses a large group of barns was used by many animal lovers in the area to house their horses and livestock.

All 150 horses were saved and none suffered any injuries.

But the owner, Dale Gibson, lost almost everything he built.

Now to help him rebuild the community is holding a fundraiser on Saturday, December 30th at 5 p.m.

If you would like to help they have a Gofundme page too.
