The Backstory: Wildfires have caused significant displacement across Southern California, prompting a surge in community and organizational support. Local shelters and aid groups are actively providing emergency housing, supplies, and resources to those in need.

Individuals affected by the wildfires who need a mattress can visit designated distribution locations or contact relief organizations for more information. Community members looking to help are encouraged to donate, volunteer, or support other ongoing recovery efforts.

By the Numbers: Howard’s Appliance & Mattress has committed to donating 1% of all mattress sales through March to the Red Cross Disaster Relief fund, up to $250,000. Additionally, for every mattress purchased, a matching mattress will be donated to someone in need.
