Boy, 9, struck by bullet in South Los Angeles apartment
SOUTH LOS ANGELES, Calif. (FOX 11 / CNS) - A 9-year-old boy was shot and wounded in his South Los Angeles apartment by a bullet fired from outside the building, authorities said Tuesday.
The shooting occurred about 10:30 p.m. Monday in the 10000 block of South Avalon Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
Paramedics took the boy to a hospital for a wound that was not believed life-threatening. No arrests were reported.
