By Christine O'Donnell

If you were looking for another stop on the the tour of famous homes in Los Angeles, here it is: Beyonce and Jay Z.

This $45 million home featured in the Big Lebowski will cost them $150,000 a month in rental fees.

The mansion is 20,000 square feet with 5 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, an indoor Olympic-sized pool complex and an outdoor pool with a waterfall and formal gardens, according to the agency listing the property.

It's also right next door to the legendary Playboy Mansion.

"I know they've been looking at some beautiful contemporary homes, and they leased some beautiful contemporary homes, so they obviously have great taste," Luxury real estate insider Joyce Rey said.

Rey who's been selling luxury homes to celebrities for decades says the couple got a fair deal on the property that used to belong ex-Dodger owner Frank McCourt.

TMZ is reporting McCourt sold it to a British Billionaire, who didn't spend much time there -- so he decided to lease the home to the power couple for $150,000 a month.

"If you have a property that's valued at $40 or $50 million, $150,000 a month is not that great an income based on the value of the property," Rey added.

Rey tells us the rental costs are slightly conservative for the area. Other homes nearby rent for $300,000 a month.
