Authorities investigate deadly shooting in Huntington Park
HUNTINGTON PARK, Calif. - A homicide investigation was underway after a man was fatally shot in a residential area of Huntington Park on Tuesday night.
The shooting happened on the 3000 block of Hill Street, located near the intersection of Pacific Boulevard and Florence Avenue around 8:40 p.m., the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department said.
Sheriff’s officials say a man was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.
The victim's identity has not been released.
