Attorney John Birke challenges electoral college votes
Millions of people have signed petitions to encourage members of the Electoral College to cast their votes for Hillary Clinton when they meet on December 19th.
A civil attorney from L.A. went beyond that. He filed a federal complaint.
John Birke is seeking an judicial order to prevent electoral members from violating his 5th amendment rights. He wants his vote for Clinton counted as equal to a vote for Donald Trump.
