BEVERLY HILLS, Calif. (FOX 11) - Police closed all eastbound lanes of Santa Monica Boulevard at Rexford Drive Monday evening due to a vehicle crash involving two pedestrians in Beverly Hills.
The roadways will remain closed during the investigation. Beverly Hills police say two pedestrians were injured in the crash shortly after 7 p.m.
Police are asking the public to avoid the area.
The pedestrians were taken to a local hospital. Their condition is unknown. The driver of the vehicle that hit the pedestrians stopped and remained, and is said to be cooperating with police.
The cause of the crash is under investigation. No further details were immediately known.
