A man accused of stealing $10,000 worth of designer sunglasses from a Cabazon business has been arrested, according to the Riverside County Sheriff's Station.

People are urged to stay out of the waters at Lake Elsinore and Big Bear Lake after test results found harmful levels of algae bloom. 

When a store employee confronted the suspect, Raul Bautista doused the employee with lighter fluid, took out a lighter and attempted to set the victim on fire, officers said in a statement.

Investigators were called to the Corona Church of Christ where they discovered the victim with signs of trauma in the parking lot.
