Watch: Men rescue tiny kittens while fishing in Alabama
Two men went fishing and caught a pair of kittens.
No really, they did.
Jason Frost and his friend Brandon Key were fishing Saturday in Alabama's Black Warrior River when they spotted something swimming toward them, AL.com reports.
It wasn't until they heard the meows that they knew what it was.
In a video Frost uploaded to Facebook, an orange tabby kitten swims right up to their boat, which they pull aboard. Then they notice another identical kitten jump into the river, so they move the boat closer and snatch it up as well.
The kittens appear to be friendly and perfectly fine in the video.
"I really don't know how to describe this video, but the Warrior River never fails to surprise me......this puts a new spin on the term 'catfishing,'" Frost wrote in his Facebook post.
When the men got to the shore, AL.com reports they gave the kittens to a family with two little girls.
Frost also told AL.com he believes someone may have dumped the kittens there, since there aren't any homes in the area.
