Previously deported immigrant from Mexico sentenced for sexually assaulting young girl
(FOX 11) - 35-year-old Avimael Lopez admitted to one count of force oral copulation on a child under ten.
Lopez was caught in the act assaulting the young girl in a bathroom stall at the Riverside restaurant where he worked as a cook.
He's been sentenced to fifteen years to life in prison.
According to ICE officials, Lopez was deported back to Mexico in 2010.
It's unclear when he came back into the US.
