Police Officer Punches Handcuffed Man, Suspect Tries to Burn Security Camera

First take a look at this security footage from an arrest in Australia. Police had handcuffed this man after a fight that broke out at a bar. Police alleged that the man spat on an officer and that is why he was punched in the face while handcuffed.

Next take a look at this suspect that attempted to destroy or damage a camera by burning it with a lighter.
