Missing La Mirada woman found safe

(FOX 11/CNS) - Sheriff's detectives asked for the public's help to find an 88-year-old woman who went missing from La Mirada.

Betty Giebelhouse was last seen in the 14900 block of Steprock Drive. It's unclear how long she was gone.

Giebelhouse was last seen wearing pink pajamas, according to the sheriff's department. The department did not immediately provide a detailed physical description of the missing woman.

Deputies asked anyone with clues to call the sheriff's La Mirada station at (562) 863-8711. Tipsters can also call Crime Stoppers at (800) 222-TIPS.
