Man accused of killing his brother in Baldwin Park arrested

A 37-year-old man accused of fatally shooting his brother in Baldwin Park is now behind bars.

Gregory Kingsbury was arrested Tuesday afternoon in West Covina and booked on suspicion of murder.

He was being held in lieu of $1 million bail.

The deadly shooting happened Friday morning in the 14600 block of Demblon Street.

The victim, who has yet to be publicly identified, died at a hospital.

According to the sheriff's office Kingsbury fled the scene in a charcoal gray 2012 Nissan Altima that was later recovered.

There was no immediate word on a possible motive for the crime.
