Hollywood Hills mansion being sold as tear-down

HOLLYWOOD, Calif. (FOX 11) - This week's listing was built in the early 1990s, but this 9,000 sq. ft. home atop Mt. Olympus in the Hollywood Hills likely won't be around much longer.

The home, set on 4.5 acres, is described as a James Bond-like villain's lair with its curvaceous shape, private location, and unprecedented views of Los Angeles.

It has been featured in several TV shows, including 'Entourage' and 'Californication,' and the 2009 film 'I Love You, Man.'

With approved plans to demolish it and build a 35,000 sq. ft. architectural marvel, 1 Electra Ct. is being sold as a tear-down.

Asking price: $35,000,000.
