Former ballerina launches new fitness program to inspire body positivity

LOS ANGELES (FOX 11) - Professionally trained ballerina Sassy Gregson-Williams launched a new online fitness program called 'Ballet Blast by Sassy.'

Gregson-Williams wants people who take her online classes to feel stronger both physically and mentally to maintain a positivity body image.
